Pickleball + Talk
Pickleball has a way of mixing energy with laughter—it’s active, competitive enough to be engaging, but lighthearted enough to keep things fun. That balance makes it a perfect setting for real conversations.
Sessions on the court create natural rhythms: volleys and breaks, movement and pauses. It’s structured enough to keep your body engaged, but open enough for dialogue that gets to the heart of what you’re working through.
What to Expect
Session length: 50 minutes on the court
Pace & Flow: You set the tone—whether it’s easy rallies, focused drills, or keeping score for a little extra edge
Focus: The conversation, not your serve. Your therapist isn’t a pickleball pro; they’re a licensed clinician who uses the flow of the game to help you open up
Details & Logistics: We meet at courts along the Wasatch Front, from the Point of the Mountain up into Davis County. You’ll get a message with location and parking details the evening before an early-morning session or the morning of for later sessions
What We Work On
Some sessions are about untangling feelings—stress, anxiety, grief, or relationship struggles. Others are about tackling challenges—career pressure, leadership decisions, life transitions, or having a professional sounding board who isn’t afraid to call out the BS. Whatever you bring, you won’t surprise us. We’re licensed clinicians who’ve seen a lot, trained for this, and know how to help.
Pricing
Pickleball + Talk sessions are $220. We’re private pay only, and we accept HSA/FSA cards. Superbills are available if you’d like to submit for out-of-network insurance reimbursement.
