driving range + talk

Sometimes the best way to work through something is with a club in your hand. Golf has a way of revealing how we handle pressure, frustration, and focus—and it’s also a great backdrop for conversation.

At the driving range or putting green, sessions flow naturally between swings and dialogue. The environment is open, active, and steady-paced—enough structure to keep things moving, enough space to dig into what’s on your mind.

What to Expect

  • Session length: 50 minutes at the range or putting green

  • Pace & Flow: You choose the intensity—hitting a small bucket of balls, dialing in your short game, or keeping it relaxed between swings

  • Focus: The conversation, not your handicap. Your therapist isn’t a golf pro; they’re a licensed clinician who knows how to use the rhythm of the game to open up real talk

  • Details & Logistics: We meet at ranges all along the Wasatch Front—from the Point of the Mountain up into Davis County. You’ll receive location and parking info the evening before an early-morning session or the morning of for later sessions

What We Work On
Some days are about processing feelings—stress, anxiety, grief, or relationship challenges. Other days it’s about sharpening clarity—career pressure, leadership decisions, personal patterns, or having someone call out the BS and keep you honest. Whatever you bring, you won’t shock us. We’re licensed clinicians who’ve seen a lot, trained for this, and know how to help.

Pricing
Driving Range + Talk sessions are $240, which includes a small bucket of balls. We’re private pay only, and we accept HSA/FSA cards. Superbills are available if you’d like to submit for out-of-network insurance reimbursement.
